与跟踪器结合的感兴趣区域压缩系统设计

摘要 为了能在目标跟踪过程中,对图像实时压缩,并能在有限带宽条件下保证所跟目标图像的质量,本文设计了双DSP实时图像处理平台。提出了利用跟踪信息进行感兴趣区域压缩的方法。该方法首先将跟踪窗口作为感兴趣目标区域,并根据目标大小变化插入I帧,然后利用目标空间运动轨迹改进搜索策略,最后给出了码率分配公式。实验结果表明,该平台对720×576×8bit大小的输入图像,能以50Hz频率实时跟踪,以25Hz频率实时压缩,在保证目标质量的前提下,以2M/S的码率输出,验证了算法的有效性。 A dual-DSP real time image processing platform was developed for the real-time image compression and target tracking, in order that the quality of the image was ensured with the target under conditions of limited bandwidth. The region of interest compression method making use of the tracking information was Proposed. In this method, the tracking window is as interested in the target area in compression, and the I-frame was insert when the target size objectives obvious variation, Then search strategy is improved by using the target space trajectory. Finally, the code rate allocation formula is also given. Experimental results show that Real-time tracking with 50 Hz frequency and in real-time compression 25 Hz frequency for 720 × 576 × 8bit input image size in the platform. the quality of the target was ensured with the 2M/S rate output. effectiveness of the algorithm was Verify.
