摘要
为了得到像质良好的可见光变焦镜头,对其进行了优化设计与指标检测。针对镜头质量、变倍时间、光轴晃动等关键指标,设计出一种满足接口要求和设计约束条件并且工作稳定可靠的变焦镜头。首先确定凸轮导轨类型的变倍结构形式,进而确定了系统的工作原理和工作流程。重点针对变倍组件进行了详细设计,确定了电机、齿轮副、凸轮角度等关键参数,保证系统质量限定在3kg前提下,连续变焦速度大于80mm/s,且光轴晃动量小于0.3mrad。试验验证表明系统工作稳定可靠,对同类型变焦镜头的设计具有一定的工程借鉴意义。
In order to get good visible zoom lens, the optimized design and test are performed. According to the key indicators such as lens quality, changing times and optical axis liner, the zoom lens is designed which meet the interface requirements and design constraints and perform stable and reliable work. The zoom type of CAM and guide rail is determined, and then the system's working principle and working process determined. The zoom component has carried on in detail, the key parameters, such as motors, gears, CAM Angle are determined, which ensure the quality of system is limited to 3 kg, continuous zoom speed is greater than 80 mm/s, and the optical axis liner is less than 0.3 mrad. Experiments show that system is stable and reliable, which has a certain engineering significance to the design of the same kind of zoom lens.
