摘要
传统中央空调循环冷却水处理中人工投加药剂方式存在不能实时检测水质、参数调节浮动大、操作复杂、药剂浪费等问题,本系统选用AVR单片机作为主控芯片,给出关键功能模块原理和控制算法的实现过程,完成了一种中央空调循环冷却水处理的自动投药系统设计。通过工业现场测试,系统稳定,能够实时检测水质参数,自动投加药剂,远程监测数据及报警,减少了药剂浪费,具有较好的工程应用意义。
Most of the traditional control methods of circulating cooling water of center air-conditioning is dosing chemicals artificially, which has the problems that the control precision is low, the operations are complex and a waste of the chemicals. Selecting an AVR microcontroller as the master controlling chip and using fuzzy control algorithm, a design method of an automatic dosing system of circulating cooling water of center air-conditioning is completed. Ideas for the key functional modules and the implementation process of control algorithm are given in this paper. The industrial fields test shows that this system could better detect water quality parameters in real-time, automatically dose chemicals, monitor data remotely and alarm. It can reduce the chemicals waste, has an excellent engineering significance.
