摘要
本文基于切换型场致发光集成芯片,设计了一种压电泵的微小型、低功耗驱动电路。该电路可以将2V到6.5V的低压直流电转换为400V峰峰值的交流方波电源,且输出频率可调节,从而保证驱动压电泵,并使其稳定输送液体。该电路仅需毫瓦级电能损耗,且整个电路仅由十个小封装表贴元件组成,整个电路板体积小。实验表明,该电路可实现压电泵驱动需要的稳定可靠交流方波输出。
Based on the integrated switching-type electroluminescent chip, we design a miniature and low-power piezoelectric pump drive circuit. The circuit can convert 2V to 6.5V low voltage DC to 400V peak to peak square wave AC power supply, and the output frequency can be adjusted to drive piezoelectric pump and ensure it stable transmission fluid. The circuit only milliwatts of power loss, and the entire circuit by only ten small package surface mount components. So the entire board is small. Experiments show that the circuit can achieve a stable and reliable AC square wave output to satisfy the piezoelectric pump driving needs.
