摘要
Rossini型燃气热值测量技术是一种将一定量的燃气配以适量氧气完全燃烧,通过测量吸热介质温升来确定天然气发热量的定压燃烧测量方法。当前国际上燃气热值测量最高基准就是采用该项技术。本文介绍了Rossini型高准确度燃气热值测量装置开发中的几项关键技术,包括配气系统、燃气质量测量系统、燃气热值测量主体、等效热容校准方法、绝热温升计算方法和烟气成分检测系统等。
Rossini type gas calorific value measurement is a constant-pressure calorimetric technique which burns a given quantity of gas with the right amount of oxygen. Gas calorific value obtained by determining the medium temperature rise. Rossini type gas calorimeter is the highest standard among the international gas calorific value measurement. The paper introduces the key techniques for the Rossini type gas burning calorimeter. The equipment includes the gas distribution system, the gas mass measurement system, the gas calorific value measurement system, the equivalent heat capacity calibration method, the adiabatic temperature rise calculation method and the flue gas composition detection system.
