摘要
超声经颅多普勒血流检测仪通过测量颅内血管和颈总动脉的血流参数,为相关疾患的诊断和治疗提供重要信息。为了保证超声经颅多普勒血流检测仪的有效使用,对其进行计量校准就显得尤为重要,但目前国家对其还没有相关的计量技术规范。基于此本文研究其校准方法,包括校准项目和条件、校准方法等,实际应用表明此校准方法能较客观地评估超声经颅多普勒血流检测仪的性能,可以为其计量技术规范的制定提供参考。总的来说,随着对医疗计量认识的不断深入,以及医疗计量体系的逐步完善,超声经颅多普勒血流检测仪的质量将得以保证并不断提高。
Ultrasonic transcranial doppler blood analyzer is used to measure blood parameter of encephalic blood vessel and common carotid artery, provide important information for diagnosis and treatment of relative diseases. In order to assure the effective use of the analyzer, it is critical to measure and calibrate it, but there is no relative internal measure technology criterion for it now. Thus the calibration method for it is researched in this paper, including calibration items, conditions and method. The results demonstrate that the calibration method can evaluate the performance of the ultrasonic transcranial doppler blood analyzer objectively, the research can provide reference for the measure technology criterion enactment. In a summarization, the quality of ultrasonic transcranial doppler blood analyzer will be assured and improved with deep understand of medical metrology and improvement of its system.
