摘要
湿式离合器是车辆传动系统中的核心部件,在长时间工作或者极限工况条件下,容易发生由异常摩擦造成的摩擦片表面断裂、打滑、烧蚀和塑性变形等故障。因此,研究湿式离合器摩擦片的磨损性能对于提高离合器使用寿命和可靠性具有重要意义。介绍了湿式离合器的工作原理以及磨损机理,搭建了磨损量测试实验台,并在离合器实验台上进了多次结合试验,试验结果表明:通过对摩擦片磨损前后厚度的测量并且结合油液分析技术能够有效地对磨损量以及磨损的状态进行估测。该试验结果证实了磨损量试验与测试方法案简单可行,试验测试结果可指导湿式离合器摩擦片的减磨和耐磨设计。
Wet clutch is one of the most important components in vehicle transmission system,Under long time working condition or extreme condition,wet clutch is prone to fail caused by abnormal friction,such as surface rupture,skid,ablation and plastic deformation.Therefore,it is significance to study wear properties of wet clutch friction plate to improve the service life and reliability.The wear mechanisms and working principle of wet clutch are briefed in this paper,and the wear experiment is conducted on test rig which test friction wear property of copper-based materials by powder metallurgy at different working conditions.The experiment results shows that the thickness measurement method combined with oil analysis technique can effectively characterize the wear mass loss and the state of wear of the friction plate.The experimental results illustrate that the wear test method is applicable,and the solutions for reducing wear and improving material's wear resistance are put forward.
