摘要
基于图像处理技术提出了一种防震锤锈蚀缺陷检查的方法。此方法主要结合直方图均衡化、形态学处理和RGB彩色模型的使用。通过防震锤正常与锈蚀情况的对比来进行判断,从而实现锈蚀缺陷的检测。该方法检测效率较高、针对性强。
This paper presents a method for the inspection of the corrosion defect of the earthquake hammer based on the image processing technology.This method is mainly used in the combination of histogram equalization,morphological processing and the use of RGB color model.According to the comparison of the normal and corrosion condition of the earthquake hammer,the detection of corrosion defects is realized.The method has high detection efficiency and strong pertinence.
