摘要
结合数据包络分析(DEA)和主成分分析(PCA),对黑龙江垦区2001-2012年间农业生产投入产出的技术效率和规模效率进行实证研究。利用主成分分析的结果,确定了农膜、年内增加耕地面积、机械播种面积、易涝耕地面积、农业从业人数等5个指标为投入指标,并据此构建了评价的指标体系。利用数据包络分析方法对黑龙江垦区2001-2012年间农业生产投入产出情况进行分析,研究表明黑龙江垦区纯技术效率和规模效率水平平均较高,但2007年、2008年、2010年不是最优状态,根据纯技术效率和规模效率的水平,提出了调整的对策建议。
This paper makes an empirical study of technical efficiency and scale efficiency of Heilongjiang reclamation area agricultural production input and output during 2001-2012 by using the method of Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) and Principal Component Analysis(PCA). Using the results of Principal Component Analysis, this paper determine the five indicators as input indicators of agricultural film,cultivated area increased during the year, mechanical sowing area, waterlogged farmland area and the number of people engaged in agriculture, and on the basis of constructing the evaluation index system. Using the method of Data Envelopment Analysis, this paper analyzes the agricultural production input and output situation in Heilongjiang reclamation area between 2001 and 2012, research shows that the average level of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in Heilongjiang reclamation area is higher, but in 2007, 2008,2007 is not the optimal state, then gives some suggestions according to the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency levels.
