黑龙江森工林区现代林业生态体系建设研究

Study on Modern Forestry Ecosystem Construction of Heilongjiang Forest Industry Region

运用现代林业理论与可持续发展理论,探析黑龙江森工林区发展现代林业的重要性,基于现代林业的起源、内涵与特征,研究黑龙江森工林区现代林业发展存在的问题.基于森工"十二五"发展规划和"四八四三"长远发展战略,分析现代林业生态体系重点发展领域,提出具有典型意义的现代林业系统性发展方略,为制定黑龙江森工林区现代林业发展模式和策略提供理论依据。

Using the modern forestry theory and sustainable development strategy, discussed the importance of developing modern forestry in Heilongjiang forest industry region,based on the origin, connotation and characteristics of modern forestry, researched modern forestry development problems of Heilongjiang forest industry region, based on Twelfth Five Year Plan and four eight four three long-term development strategy of forest industry region, analysed the key development fields of modern forestry ecological system, put forward the typical significance system development strategy of modern forestry, provided theoretical basis for formulating development models and strategies of Heilongjiang forest industry region.
