This paper starts from the necessity of work of engineering budget quota of afforestation, introduces the technical route, the preparation process and the preparation method of the"Zhejiang Province Afforestation Engineering Budget Quota", gives a detailed description of the quota system and main contents. Then put forward specific proposals for the average consumption level of Zhejiang province forestry industry in afforestation and the issues should be noted.
