吉林省产业结构和就业结构协调性分析

Analysis of the Coordination of Industrial Structure and Employment Structure in Jilin Province

以吉林省为研究区域,选取2004-2012年产业结构和就业结构指标,分析产业结构和就业结构变化规律。运用结构偏离度和协调系数,分析了产业结构与就业结构之间的相互关系。结果表明,吉林省产业结构和就业结构二者之间协调性较差,提出了从开放户籍制度,发展三大产业等方面促进二者关系协调的对策建议。

Taking Jilin province as the study area, selecting the index of industrial structure and employment structure from the year of 2004 to 2012, this paper analyzes the change rule of industrial structure and employment structure. Using the structure deviation degree and coordination coefficient, the relationship between industry structure and employment structure is analyzed. The results show that the coordination between industrial structure and employment structure is poor, and then some suggestions on promoting the coordination are proposed, such as opening the household registration system, developing the three major industries.
