Research on Ecological Construction and Protection of Forestry in China

以经济发展新常态下,森林生态与经济、社会之间的关系为切入点,通过对我国林业生态建设与保护的现状进行分析,发现在林业生态建设和保护上存在林地生产力低、有效供给不足、支持林业生态建设的政策、制度、文化体系不健全,林业产业结构畸形等问题,为实现林业生态资源的可持续发展,提出我国林业生态建设与保护的可持续发展路径,并围绕这些途径从财税政策、人力资源、产业扶持等方面提出与之相适应的保障措施。

This paper use an entry point that the relationship between forest ecology and economy and societyin the new normal economic development as starting point, analyze the current situation of China's forestry ecological construction and protection, found that there are low land productivity and effective supply shortage, imperfect in supporting of forestry ecological construction policy, system and culture system, forestry industrial structure deformity in the forestry ecological construction and protection. In order to realize the sustainable development of forestry ecological resources, put forward the route of sustainable development of China's forestry ecological construction and protection, and puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures from the aspects of fiscal policy, human resources, industrial support around these pathways.
