乌裕尔河自然保护区湿地管理现状与对策

Current Situation and Suggestion of Wetland Management in the Wuyuer River Nature Reserve

针对乌裕河保护区湿地资源状况,详细介绍湿地保护建设的具体做法。针对目前存在的发制不健全、约束力不强,管理体制不顺,投入资金不足,管理难到位,公众缺乏保护意识,人才短缺,基础设施落后等问题,提出了加强法制建设,完善机构,加强基础设施建设,完善社区共管机制,制定保护区的建设规划等措施。

In view of the wetland resources in the Wuyuer river nature reserve, this paper introduces the concrete practice of the wetland protection and construction. Aiming at the existing problems, such as the legal system is not perfect, the binding is not strong, the management system is not smooth, the shortage of investment funds, management is difficult to be in place, the lack of public protection consciousness, talent shortage, and the infrastructure backwardness. This paper puts forward the measures to strengthen the legal system, improve the mechanism, strengthen the infrastructure construction, improve the community management system, and formulate the construction plan of the protected areas.
