摘要
基于2002—2013年的时间序列数据,运用计量经济学方法对大庆市科技投入与经济发展的关系进行实证研究。结果表明:大庆市科技投入与经济发展存在着协整关系,并且二者还存在短期变化关系。依据实证结果提出了加快经济发展、抓住"一带一路"发展机遇的政策建议。
Based on the time series data from 2002 to 2013 year, this paper used the econometric methods to empirically research the relationship between science and technology investment and economic development in Daqing city. The results showed that: there are co-integration and relationship between science and technology investment and economic development in Daqing city, and there are short-term changes in the relationship between them. Finally, this paper advised to accelerate economic development, seize the"along the way"development opportunities.
