林地产权创新下的融资模式研究

产权制度创新本质上是向权益人提供了一种激励机制,并使产权受益人从中获得完全内部化的利益。林地产权制度创新的终极目的也应是激励林农的生产热情,并在保护国家林业资源的同时来增加林农的经济福祉。优化当前的融资模式便需要从:团队作业下来完成林地资产评估、所有权主体参与下完成监管处置、林地资产投资溢价对冲机构风险、生产技术指导下的融资结构设置等方面开展工作。

Innovation of property right system provide an incentive mechanism to the right person, and to make the beneficiary obtain the full internal benefit. The ultimate goal of the innovation of forest property right system should be to stimulate the production enthusiasm of the farmers, in the protection of national forestry resources and to increase farmers’economic well-being. To optimize the current financing model needs to be carried out from the following aspects:under the team work to complete ownership forest assets evaluation, main body participation of regulatory disposal, forest land asset investment premium hedge institutional risk, production technology under the guidance of the financing structure settings, and so on.
