私人所有的生态公益林生态补偿标准接受意愿的影响因素研究——以福建省永安市为例

Study on the Influence Factors of Willingness-to-accept of Compensation Standard of Non-commercial Forest of Private Ownership——Take the Yong'an City of Fujian Province as an Example

在理论分析的基础上,利用永安市样本调查数据,运用Probit模型研究私人所有的生态公益林补偿标准接受意愿的影响因素。研究结果表明:耕地面积、林地面积、林业收入占比、生态补偿满意度、生态公益林起源、树龄、营林成本和联户户数对私人所有的生态公益林补偿标准接受意愿具有显著影响,并且提出相关建议,为制订相关政策提供参考。

On the basis of theoretical analysis, using Yong'an sample survey data, the paper study the influencing factors of farmers willingness-to-accept of forest compensation standard of non-commercial forest with Probit model. Research results show that the cultivated land, forest land area, the proportion of forestry income, the ecological compensation satisfaction, cost of forestry, origin, age and partnerships number of non-commercial forest have a significant impact on willingness-to-accept of forest compensation standard. Then the paper puts forward related suggestions. It provides reference for formulating relevant policies.
