家庭经营特征与生产要素投入对林地经营产出的影响研究——基于辽宁省4县200户农户调查

The Impact of Family Business Features and Input of Production Factors on Woodland Operational Output——Based on the Investigation of 200 Households in 4 Counties in Liaoning Province

以辽宁省200个林农为样本,运用Tobit回归模型实证分析影响林地经营产出的关键性因素,结果表明户主担任村干部、家庭存款、林业收入占比、林地劳动力投入对经营产出具有正向影响,人均林地面积对经营产出具有负向影响,其他选取的解释变量对经营产出影响不显著。基于以上分析,提出相应的政策建议,如支持合作社等组织发展,加大对农户资金补贴,加快林权配套改革步伐,引导适度经营规模,定期进行林业技术服务和培训等。

The article takes as samples 200 forest farmers in Liaoning province. Tobit regression model is used to empirically analyze the key factors which affects woodland operational output. The result shows that the householder as village cadre, family savings, forestry income ratio and woodland labor input have a positive impact on the operational output, while the forest area per capita has a negative impact on the operational output. And other selected explanatory variables have no significant influence. Based on the above analysis, the corresponding suggestions can be put forward as follows:the government should support the development of cooperative organizations and increase financial subsidies to farmers. The forest supporting reform needs to be implemented. The moderate scale operation should be guided to achieve sale operational efficiency. And the regular forestry technical service and training is necessary.
