乡村绿化发展中存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Rural Greening

乡村绿化发展的有效途径仍然受到乡村所在区域的自然禀赋条件的决定,所以不能不加区分的来套用其它区域的经验和办法。以江苏宿迁地区为空间范畴,分别分析了当地乡村绿化发展中的经济价值。在此基础上的对策包括:制订乡村绿化发展的目标、厘清二元效益之间的关系、挖掘杨树经济关联效应、价值链基础上的商业模式、提取绿化发展基金或积累。

The effective way for the development of rural greening is still under the condition of the natural endowments of the rural area, so the experience and methods of other regions can't be applied without distinction. This paper takes the Suqian area of Jiangsu province as the space category, analyzes respectively the economic value of the development of the local rural greening. On the basis of this, the countermeasures including:formulating the goal of the development of rural greening, clarifying the relationship between the dual benefits, mining the economic correlation effect of poplar and the business model based on the value chain, extracting the greening development fund or accumulation.
