后林改时期林农专业合作社规模扩张实现路径分析

Analysis of the Scale Expansion Path of Forestry Specialized Cooperatives in the Post-period of Forestry Reform in Yunnan Province

"后林改"时期云南省的林农专业合作社处于初级发展阶段,存在规模偏小、覆盖面低、带动农户增收有限等问题,这些问题归根到底属于林农专业合作社的规模偏小问题。通过对林农专业合作社规模扩张的必要性进行分析,提出合作社可以采取纵向一体化与横向一体化两种规模扩张路径,要在规模扩张过程中,林农专业合作社应该注意规模扩张与内涵发展并重,为合作社规模扩张创造良好外部环境问题,注重维护社员的利益等问题。

During the period of post-period of forestry reform, the forestry specialized cooperatives in Yunnan province is still in the primary stage, it also exists some problems such as small scale, low coverage, and driven by farmers' income is limited and other issues. These problems belong to the small scale of forestry specialized cooperative. Firstly, this paper analyzes the necessity of the forestry specialized cooperatives expansion. Then, it proposes that the cooperatives can take two kinds of scale expansion paths, vertical integration and horizontal integration. Finally, in the process of scale expansion, the forestry specialized cooperatives should pay attention to the scale expansion and connotation of development is regarded as equally important in order to create a good external environment, pay attention to the maintenance of membership interests and other problems are suggested in this paper.
