敦煌西湖国家级自然保护区生态补偿法律机制的研究

Study on the Legal Mechanism of Ecological Compensation in Dunhuang West Lake National Nature Reserve

甘肃是我国西北乃至全国重要的生态屏障,其生态建设关系到了全国的生态安全。阐述甘肃敦煌西湖自然保护区实施生态补偿的必要性,对生态补偿机制进行了可行性分析,较深入的分析该生态保护区亟需解决的问题,同时提出有利于构建敦煌西湖自然保护区生态补偿法律机制的相关建议。

Gansu is an important ecological barrier in the northwest of China and even the whole country, its ecological construction is related to the ecological security of the whole country. This paper expounds the necessity of ecological compensation in Dunhuang West Lake Nature Reserve of Gansu province, analyze the feasibility of ecological compensation mechanism, the problems that need to be solved in the ecological protection zone are analyzed deeply. At the same time, it is conducive to the construction of the legal system of ecological compensation in Dunhuang West Lake Nature Reserve.
