摘要
在我国社会和经济的发展过程中,生态环境问题日益凸显,受到了社会各界的广泛关注。当前我国森林生态效益补偿的问题还有很多,需要引起重视,认真研究导致问题产生的根本原因。主要分析了现阶段森林生态效益补偿问题,并有针对性地提出了解决措施,为进一步完善生态公益林建设提供建议。
In the process of China's social and economic development, ecological environment has become increasingly prominent, has been widespread concern in the community. Current forest ecological compensation of our country there are many issues, need to pay attention, to seriously study the root causes of problems arising. This paper analyzes the current stage of forest ecological benefit compensation issues and proposed solutions targeted measures to provide recommendations to further improve the construction of ecological forest.
