退耕还林对保护区周边农户收入的影响研究——以陕西省为例

Study on the Effects of the Sloping Land Conversion Program(SLCP) on Farmers' Income Surrounding the Nature Reserve——Taking Shanxi Province as an Example

选取陕西省大熊猫自然保护区数据,分析退耕还林对保护区周边农户收入影响,研究发现户主受教育年限、家庭耕地面积、农业劳动力人数、外出打工人数及参加退耕还林,对农户家庭收入增加均呈正向影响。提出了增加农户专业培训、丰富非农就业渠道、提高退耕还林补贴水平的建议。

This paper selected data from Shanxi giant pandas nature reserve, and analyzed the effect of the Sloping Land Conversion Program(SLCP) to farmers' income who surround protected areas. The study found that the head of the household education life, cultivated land, agricultural labor force, the number of migrant workers and take part in the returning farmland to forest increase the positive influence on their household income. At last, some propositions are advocated: increase farmers' professional training, rich employment channels, improve the level of returning farmland for forest subsidy.
