摘要
科学合理林业投融资体系是发展现代林业的内在要求。融资渠道单一,高度依赖国家投入已成为制约贵州现代林业发展的瓶颈。在分析我国林业投融资制度和贵州林业投融资现状的基础上,分别对公益林融资和商品林融资方式进行了探索,并对贵州林业投融资体系的构建提出了对策建议。
Scientific and rational forestry investment and financing system is the inherent requirement of the development of modern forestry. Financing channel is single, highly dependent on national investment has become a bottleneck restricting the development of modern forestry in Guizhou province. Based on the analysis of the China’s forestry investment and financing system and the status of Guizhou province forestry investment and financing, this paper explore the methods of public welfare forest financing and commercial forest financing, then the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the construction of forestry investment and financing system in Guizhou province.
