Thinking of Consolidating the Results of Returning Farmland to Forest in Pingshan County

实施好退耕还林,有利于地方经济和生态文明又好又快发展。通过对屏山县第一轮退耕还林施工设计、检查验收、政策兑现等工作的剖析,指出屏山县第一轮退耕还林实施中存在的主要问题,提出了继续延长和提高政策补助年限与标准,利用后续产业政策,促进改良改种,做好规划,扩大退耕还林连片发展等解决的办法。

The implementation of returning farmland to forest, is conducive to the local economy and the sound and fast development of ecological civilization. This paper analysis the first round of grain also forest construction design, inspection and acceptance, policy cash of Pingshan county, points out the main problems of the first round of Pingshan county in the implementation of returning farmland to forest. Then this paper put forward the following solutions:continue to lengthen and improve the subsidy policy years and standard, using the subsequent industrial policy, to promote improved replant, do a good job planning, expansion of returning farmland to forest contiguous development.
