茶叶产业链参与主体利益协调机制初探——以福建省安溪县为例

Research on the Coordination Mechanism of Participating Subject Interests of Tea Industry Chain——A Case Study of Anxi County in Fujian Province

茶农、茶商、茶企是茶叶产业链上三个最重要的参与主体,三者之间利益分配格局的变化对茶叶产业链的整体运行绩效产生了重要影响。通过大量的实访调研,分析安溪茶业产业链上茶农、茶商、茶企三个参与主体利益分配的变化情况,其中存在的问题,探索用经济、文化、道德等机制协调参与主体利益关系,增进参与主体利益一致性。

Tea farmers, tea dealer, tea enterprises are tea three most important participants of industry chain, the changes in the distribution of benefits between the three patterns have an important impact on the overall performance of the tea industry chain. Through a large number of real visit investigation, this paper analyzes the changes in the interests of the three participating subjects of Anxi tea industry chain, and analyzes the existing problems, explore the coordination of interest relation of participating subject with the economic, cultural, moral and other mechanisms, enhance the consistency of interests of participating subject.
