Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of Economic Forest Assets Evaluation in Xinjiang

通过对新疆林权制度改革调研期间收集的各类调研数据,对新疆经济林资产评估状况加以总结,从新疆经济林资产评估机构、评估依据、评估目的等对疆内经济林资产评估现状进行总结和归纳,提出了进一步加强新疆经济林评估专业机构、评估中介管理以及评估队伍建设的建议。

In this paper, through the summary of the data collected during the reform of Xinjiang forest right system reform and the status of Xinjiang economic forest assets evaluation, then the status of Xinjiang economic forest assets evaluation are summarized and concluded from the Xinjiang economic forest assets evaluation institution, evaluation basis, evaluation purpose, finally, this paper puts forward the suggestions to further strengthen the Xinjiang economic forest assessment professional institutions, intermediary management and evaluation team.
