农村合作经济组织发展主观制约因素研究——以黑龙江省农业专业合作社为例

Research on the Subjective Restriction Factors of the Development of Rural Cooperative Economic Organizations——A Case Study of Agricultural Specialized Cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province

运用实证研究的手段,以合作经济组织发展的主观制约因素为研究目标,在对黑龙江省78家品牌农业专业合作社十项指标数据进行整理和筛选的基础上,通过使用SPSS17.0社会统计软件建立因子模型对数据进行分析验证并得出结论。因子分析的结果表明,可以将影响黑龙江省农村合作经济组织发展的主观制约因素提取为参与因子、规模因子、资金运行因子和营销因子四个公共因子,其中参与因子和规模因子是最为重要的主观制约因素,并结合研究结果对合作组织的发展提出了针对性的建议。

This article uses the method of empirical research, targeting at the subjective restriction factors of the development of organization for economic cooperation, sorting and filtering the ten index dates of 78 cooperatives who specialize in agriculture with reputation in Heilongjiang province, analyzing and testing by the SPSS17.0 supervision factor model, the social statistics software, we get the conclusion. The result of factor analyzing shows that the subjective restriction factors of the development of organization for economic cooperation can be picked up as four public factors as participation, scale, fund operation and marketing,inside the factors of participation and scale are the most important, and we put forward four targeted recommendations about how to develop the cooperation organization combining the result.
