SWOT Analysis on the Development of Non Woody Forest Products Industry in Heilongjiang Province

国有林区全面实施商业性禁伐背景下,木质资源型产业发展受到严重制约,发展非木质林产品产业对于推进林区经济转型,实现经济优质高效发展具有显著的现实意义。根据黑龙江省经济、社会、生态发展现状,采用SWOT分析法从优势、劣势、机遇、威胁四个方面对黑龙江省非木质林产品产业发展进行全面分析,并以此为依托提出对策与建议。

Under the background of the state-owned forest full implementation of commercial logging,development of wood resources industry is severely restricted,the development of non wood forest products industry is of great practical significance to promote the economic transformation of forest region and to realize the economics development of high quality and high efficiency.According to the economic,social and ecological development conditions of Heilongjiang Province,the development of non woody forest products industry in Heilongjiang province was analyzed from four aspects of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats by using SWOT analysis method,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward based on this.
