摘要
选取哈尔滨市1995至2014年经济增长数据与环境质量数据,探索四个环境质量指标与经济增长之间的关系,并建立计量经济学模型,进行相关讨论与分析,并提出改善环境质量的政策建议。计量结果表明哈尔滨市废气、废水排放量与经济增长存在正U型关系,而二氧化硫、固体废物排放量与经济增长存在倒N型关系。
This paper selects Harbin from 1995 to 2014 economic growth data and environmental quality data, explore the relationship between four indicators of environmental quality and economic growth, and the establishment of econometric models, related discussion and analysis, and proposed to improve the quality of the environment policy recommendations. Measurement results show that the gas in Harbin, the presence of wastewater emissions and economic growth is a U-shaped relationship, and the presence of N-type inverted relationship between sulfur dioxide and solid waste emissions and economic growth.
