泉阳林业局林下特色经济发展现状与对策分析

Study on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Quanyang Forestry Bureau's Under-Forest Characteristic Economy

全面停止天然林采伐以后,吉林省泉阳林业局依托丰富的森林资源积极开展林下特色产业项目,增加就业岗位,缓解企业压力,提高林区职工群众收入。目前企业林下经济存在菌材和空闲林地资源短缺、资金投入不足、技术管理水平低、产业化程度低、市场竞争力差等问题。建议泉阳林业局林下特色经济发展应该从加强组织领导、落实相关政策、增加资金投入、强化科技支撑、搞好市场建设等方面探寻有效途径。

After stopping the harvest cutting of the natural forests, the Quanyang Forestry Bureau of Jilin Province actively carried out the under-forest characteristic industry project, increased the employment position, relieved the pressure of the enterprise and increased the income of the staff and workers in the forest area relying on the rich forest resources. At present, the enterprise's under-forest economy has many problems including the shortage of wood and forest land resources, the shortage of capital investment, the low level of technical management, the low level of industrialization and poor market competitiveness. In order to develop the under-forest economy, Quanyang Forestry Bureau should strengthen its leadership,implement relevant policies, increase capital investment, strengthen technological support and improve market construction.
