摘要本文论述了中苏关于新疆经贸合作谈判的来龙去脉,认为对于这次谈判,中苏两国政府都缺乏诚意,只有新疆地方当局从自身利益出发,为维护新疆的稳定,极力实行对苏妥协的政策。
