Cultivation of Experimental Skills in Health Science in Exercise About Adults' Face to Face Teaching

《体育保健学》是应用性课程,但多年来,成人教育面授课程中没有实验课的内容,很大程度上影响了课程的教 学效果。在广泛调研基础上,运用现代教学理论和手段,将实验课内容制成教学录像片,用边看、边讲解、边模仿练习 的方式替代实验教学过程。研究表明,此方法的运用取得了良好的教学效果,并解决了实验教学开课难的具体问题。

Health Science in Exercise is an applied course. But for many years, there have been no experimental lessons in the course of face to face adult education, and to a great extent this affected the effects of education. On the base of widespread survey and study, using modern teaching theory and method, experimental lessons are made into teaching videotape. Instead of experimental teaching process, lessons are taught by means of watching, explaining and imitating. The study indicates that utilization of the method has gained good educational effects and resolved the specific problems that giving experimental classes is difficult.
