关于进一步完善沈阳体育学院教学质量监控体系的思考

Reflect on Further Perfecting Control System of Teaching Quality in Shenyang Institute of Physical Education

建立科学、完善的教育质量监控机制,是确保教学质量不断提高的重要管理环节,是教学管理的一项基础性工作。目前,沈阳体育学院的教学质量监控机制的运行主要体现在教学过程的监督,对于教学管理、提高教学质量起了很大的推动作用,但还存在诸多问题。应进一步注重目标监控和过程监控的结合;通过对质量监控手段的不断完善,提高沈阳体育学院的整体教育教学质量。

Establishment of control system of teaching quality is an important link to ensure uninterrupted improving quality of teaching. At present, the operation of control system of teaching quality in our institute embodies the supervision of teaching process, which plays a positive role in raising level of management and teaching quality. Further stress on integration of objective supervision and process control will improve whole teaching quality by perfecting the control measures of quality.
