教育惩戒权突出表现了教育的作用 ,但教育惩戒不是目的 ,不应改变教育为人的发展服务这一目标。教育惩戒不应成为侵犯大学生权利的借口 ,对大学生提供司法救济可以规范高校的办学行为。

Disciplinary power enhances the function of education, however, it is not the end. And it should not change education's aim of educating and cultivating man, so it can't be an excuse for violating the rights of colleges students randomly. Providing students with judicial remedy can normalize higher education.
