我们在文化战略上应坚持继承和发展的统一,在发扬本民族文化传统的同时,广纳天下之精华,不断发展民族文化。未来的世界必将是科学主义和人文主义、理性和价值理性的有机结合或统一,也就是东西文化精神的结合、融合和整合。

We should insist on the unification of inheriting and developing on cultural stratagem,recruit persons with ability widely and develop national culture constantly while developing national culture tradition.Future world will be organic combination and unification of scientism and humanism,implement sense and value sense,that is the combination,inosculation and conformity of east west culture spirit.
