Around end of 1998, HIGER established its manufacturing site on the ground of a rented old factory located in the historical city of Suzhou. In the past 20 years, the company, enjoying the spring wind of reform and opening, had realized a great leap forward in company building and business developing, which had resulted in becoming one of the key players in domestic bus industry.
