2019年7月1日起,被称为我国'史上最严'的垃圾分类政策——《上海市生活垃圾管理条例》正式实施。根据该条例,个人或单位未按规定分类投放生活垃圾都将面临处罚。与此同时,按照最新政策,全国多地(试点城市)也将陆续进入(生活)垃圾分类'强制时代'。随着城市生活垃圾的急剧增加和成分的变化。
