2018年12月7日,广东交警在其微信公众号里发布了《超载水泥罐车下滑侧翻,9人死亡2人受伤...》的事故调查处理通报(下简称《处理通报》),瞬间在清障救援行业内引发了热议。1事故经过及原因据《处理通报》描述,2018年8月1日14:30许,惠东县平海镇县道,发生一起重型非载货专项作业车(即:重型清障车,见图1)的托架构件(见图2)断裂。
Based on thorough investigation and thorough analysis,this article provided a full review and important lesson of a major secondary accident caused by illegal clearing obstacles and towing vehicles.Aug.1,2019,a tank semi-trailer train was broken on a highway of Huidong,Guangdong province,and when a heavy-duty wrecker was on call for rescue operation on the side,a major secondary accident happened which had caused even more heavy damage.It raised a great warning and discussion among the industry,which is important enough for all manufactures,management authorities and rescue operation and facility to think through.
