中国文化中心的海外传播路径——以曼谷为例

摘要 按照国家"十三五"规划纲要的战略部署,研究如何进一步推动中国文化中心建设与发展成为当务之急。中国文化中心与孔子学院虽隶属不同的部委,但功能趋同,而后者在强势崛起的同时也面临负面舆论压力。依托曼谷中国文化中心第一手资料,介绍中国文化中心建设历程和工作创新,并参照孔子学院的经验教训,提出增加财政投入、扩充人才储备、强化信息调研等可行性措施,这是中国文化中心在敏感的文化外交下最合适的柔性传播之路。 According to the Outline of the 13 th Five-Year Plan of China,a study on howto further promote the construction and development of China Cultural Center( CCC) becomes our first priority. CCC and Confucius Institute( CI) belong to different ministries,while sharing similar functions,and the strong rise of CI also faces the serious pressure from public opinion. Combined the good experience and lesson learned from CI,the paper introduces CCC’s construction process and work innovations by the first-hand data of CCC in Bangkok,puts forward specific measures as well as suggestions on financial input,talent administration and information investigation etc.,in order to find out the more flexible dissemination path under the sensitive cultural diplomat environment.
