日粮能量水平对巴布亚企鹅繁殖效果的影响 被引量:4

摘要 有大量研究表明日粮能量水平与鸟类繁殖效果有密切关系。本次研究于2014年选取34只适龄雌陛巴布亚企鹅群体,根据其不同的摄食喜好分成大西洋鲱鱼组与毛鳞鱼组饲养繁殖,统计其蛋重、受精率与死胚率,并结合对饲喂巴布亚企鹅的饵鱼营养测定,探究日粮能量水平对巴布亚企鹅繁殖效果的影响。研究结果发现,大西洋鲱鱼的能量水平要高于毛鳞鱼的能量水平,而大西洋鲱鱼组与毛鳞鱼组相比,其受精率、蛋重和死胚率均有所增加,其中受精率提高12.87%、平均蛋重增加6.66 g,而死胚率则提高14.6%。根据数据分析统计结果显示两组蛋重、死胚率差异显著(P<0.05),而受精率差异则不显著(P>0.05)。此次研究为进一步完善豢养巴布亚企鹅技术奠定基础。 There is a close relationship between dietary energy and reproduction in birds.In this study,we selected 34 sexually mature female Gentoo penguins and classified them into two groups according to their dietary preference.Atlantic herring group and capelin group.We recorded egg weight,fertilization rate and dead embryo rate,and analyzed these in relation to the nutritional value of fish fed to the penguins.Our objective was to quantify the effect of dietary energy levels on reproduction in penguins.The energy level of Atlantic herring was higher than that of capelin.and the egg weight,fertilization rate and live embryo rate of the Atlantic herring group were all higher than for the capelin group(by 6.7 g,12.9%and 14.6%,respectively).Egg weights and dead embryo proportions differed significantly between the Atlantic herring group and capelin groups(P<0.05).Fertilization rates were similar for the two groups(P>0.05).We offer recommendations for improving the feeding technology of captive Gentoo penguin.
