随着高等职业教育的迅速崛起,高职院校教师能不能很好地开展社会实践,成了衡量教学成败的一项重要指标,通过对高职教师队伍状况进行分析,提出体现高职特色、依靠生产性实训基地提高教师实践能力的建议和办法.

With the rapid rise of the higher specialized education,whether the teachers of higher specialized colleges can very well to carry out social practice or not has become an important measure index of teaching success or failure.Based on an investigation and analysis of the status of teachers in higher specialized colleges,this paper proposes suggestions and methods that embody the higher specialized characteristics and rely on the productive training base to improve young teachers' practical ability.
