《狄公案》中的江湖豪侠形象及其意蕴探微

An Analysis of Knights' Images and Their Implications in the Novel Mr.DI Cases

清代公案小说《狄公案》在着重展现狄仁杰清官形象的同时,也对狄仁杰手下出身绿林的乔太、马荣以及江湖之士赵万全等豪侠形象进行了独特的刻画,一方面,这些江湖豪侠虽然不似《三侠五义》等作品中的侠客那样作为主角占据叙事的主要篇幅,但他们依然协助狄仁杰屡破疑案,并体现出粗豪侠义之气;另一方面,该书作者在以传统侠义观念衡量、判定这些人物的过程中也投射出其对于江湖之士、武林侠客重诺好义这一传统美好品格的肯定与倾心。

The novel Mr.DI Cases written in the Qing dynasty about legal cases describes the honest official DI Renjie and his subordinates QIAO Tai and MA Rong as well as other knight errant,including ZHAO Wan Quan.Although those knights are not the leading characters in the novels as those in the novel Three Heroes And Five Gallants(Sanxia Wuyi in Chinese),they help Mr.DI crack many criminal cases and show a strong sense of justice.In Mr.DI Cases,its author praises the traditional values through the description of those knights errant,who are righteous and keep their promise till death.
