群众路线视域下官僚主义治理探析

On Bureaucratic Rule from the Perspective of Mass Line

建国以来,中国共产党在官僚主义治理方面积累了一定的基本经验。在理论层面,历届领导人都对此问题作了重要论述,形成了一脉相承的体系架构;在理念层面,坚持党的领导不动摇;在思想层面,坚持与时俱进的思路;在效用层面,坚持观瞻全局的统筹方法;在实践层面,突出敢想、敢说、敢干的行动魄力。当下,必须坚持群众路线,力戒官僚主义,弘扬中国共产党求真务实的精神,完善务实的方式方法,保持务实的行动,不断推进党的群众路线教育实践活动的开展,使中国共产党永葆纯洁性和先进性。

CPC has obtained some curtain experience in bureaucratic rule since the founding of the PRC in 1949.In theory,leaders of each generation have made important discussions which form a complete system;in ideal,to uphold the Party's leadership can not be wavered;in thought,we must keep pace with the times;in effect,we must take the whole situation into consideration;in practice,we must be brave enough to think,to speak,and to do.Nowadays we must carry our mass line and guard against bureaucratic and take effective measures to promote the carrying out of Party's mass line education practice as to maintain CPC's purity and advancement.
