This paper has introduced the basic concept of relocating Huilong Temple of Shiyan City in the current conditions,interpreted the guiding ideas of pre-planning project and the construction and design ideas of the buildings in the Temple,and summarized that the relocation must achieve a cooperation between keeping history and realizing modern sense so as to achieve the organic integration of man and history.
