传销活动具有隐蔽性、欺骗性、非法敛财性,同时还具有黑社会暴力色彩。传销会影响社会经济秩序、危害家庭、引发刑事犯罪、破坏社会诚信道德体系等。大学生陷入传销的原因是多方面的,既有社会就业压力大、打击传销力度不够,又有高校管理上的疏漏。此外传销手段变化多样,极其隐蔽。因此,防范传销的关键在于学校加强管理,督促引导学生学会甄别信息、增强防范意识。

Multi-level marketing is of ambiguity,fraudulence,illicit enrichment and violence of underground world,which will do a great harm to social economy,family life,and social credit and morality system.There are many reasons and causes for college students joining multi-level marketing from the social employment pressure,weak social cracking down upon it and the mistake of college student management.Besides,the ways of multi-level marketing is full of changes and ambiguity.Therefore,the universities and colleges must strengthen student management and give more guidance to help them learn to differentiate the information and arouse the awareness of fighting against multi-level marketing.
