高校学生会是学校联系学生的桥梁和纽带,是学生工作部门得力助手.当前高校学生会干部中存在的角色定位不准确、团队协作能力下降等问题,应加强学生会干部的思想政治教育、团队意识、工作能力、心理素质等方面培养.全面提高学生干部综合素质,打造有战斗力的学生工作梯队.

College student union is the bridge and link between college and students,the good helper of student affair department. However,there are some problems among college student union leaders,such as un-correct role orientation and poor team work. Therefore,colleges should strengthen student union leaders' cultivation from political education,team awareness,work competence and psychological quality as to improve their comprehensive quality and make an active and competent student affair team.
