随着我国经济的快速发展,环境污染也日益严重。面对环境问题,我国的法律制度还不完善,仍未找到一种经济有效的方法来解决。在现代的法治社会条件下调动公民参与维护社会环境权益是促进公众环境权的良好对策,公益诉讼是解决我国严重的环境问题的重要思路之一。

With the fast development of China's economy,environmental pollution has become worse and worse,to which we have not found an effective way due to incomplete law system.In modern law-rule society,encouraging citizens to take part in maintaining social environmental interest will be an effective way to safeguard public environmental interests.Public interest action is one of the important and effective ways to solve serious environmental pollution in China.
