随着经济全球化的速度不断加快,传统的关税及非关税壁垒遭到限制,技术性贸易壁垒却因其自身的特点,成为各发达国家限制发展中国家出口的重要手段.我国电子产品已成为我国遭受技术性贸易壁垒限制最频繁的产品,对我国造成了严重的经济损失,同时也阻碍了我国电子信息产业的发展.针对我国电子信息产业在出口时面临的技术性贸易壁垒,从宏观和微观的角度分析对电子产品遭受TBT的原因及影响;从政府和企业的角度,提出具体的应对策略.

The traditional tariff and non-tariff barriers have been limited with the acceleration of economic globalization.Technical barriers to trade had become an important means of developed countries to restrict exports of developing countries.Electronic products in our country had been the most frequent product suffering technical barriers to trade.It had not only caused serious economic losses,but also hindered the development of the electronic information industry for our country.The export of China's electronic information industry facing the technical barriers to trade had been explained in detail.The reason and influence of the electronic product for TBT were analyzed from the angle of macroscopic and microscopic,also the specific strategies were put forward through the view of government and enterprises in the paper.
