摘要
"师生工作室"教学模式是高职院校实现工学结合、理实一体人才培养目标的有效途径,师资力量的强弱对人才培养水平的高低起决定性作用,分析师资队伍建设过程中存在的问题,提出相应的解决办法是值得研究和探讨的重要问题.
Teacher-student workshop is a teaching model in higher vocational colleges to implement work-integrated learning and an effective way to raise talent training goal.The strength of the faculty is decisive to the level of talent training.The analysis of the existing problems in the process of teaching staff construction,the corresponding solutions are studied in the paper.
